General Returns Information

TYDesiHandicrafts.com will accept returns on any purchases within 7 days for money back. No questions asked! 

TYDesiHandicrafts.com makes every attempt to make sure that customers are happy with their purchase. If you find the colors/texture/size of the item you have received to be drastically different from the image or the accompanying information, on our website, please contact us at TyDesiHandicrafts.com within 24 hrs with an unmodified digitized picture of the item that has reached you for us to be able to offer a refund. Please remember, minor aberrations are the beauty and hallmark of Handicraft products.

  1. If you receive an item different than what was described or was damaged, please email us at ty.desi.handicrafts@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment to report the defect or damage. Please include a picture of the item.
  2. Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of TYDesiHandicrafts.com or if there is an unlikely event of damage during shipping.
  3. TYDesiHandicrafts.com does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the item.
  4. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to TYDesiHandicrafts.com in the same condition you received it. 
  5. Returned Item must contain all original packaging materials and tags. For any delicate items, please make sure they are packed well to avoid any damage in transit.
  6. Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer (unless the item was damaged). If an item was shipped FREE of Charge, upon return, you may be charged for the original shipping.
  7. If the customer is returning the item, it must be sent back with proper postage paid, and the item is properly packaged to TYDesiHandicrafts.com, 4556 Saint James Dr, Plano TX – 75024. 
  8. In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, a refund will be issued minus the shipping charges incurred.
  9. To ensure the safe return of the items, make sure that the return package clearly mentions the order number.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
  • Customers can initiate the cancellation by going to the Order Details tab on the ‘My Accounts’ page. Pick the order to cancel and ‘Request Refund’ and provide a short description of the reason for the refund. If the order has not been shipped yet, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately. The cancellations are allowed only within 7 days of purchase.
  • If you are not a registered customer and checked out an item as a guest, please send an email to ty.desi.handicrafts@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will follow the refund process.
  • If you cancel an online order after we have shipped your items to you, the cancellation will be valid, provided you send back to us the ordered items and we receive the items in their original undamaged condition. We will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and handling cost for the original shipment. 
  •  A refund will be processed immediately at our end. The intimation will be sent to you via e-mail.
  •  NO Exchange is allowed on any product.
